Police have arrested a 15 year old male after the Ilkley War Memorial was vandalised twice in the space of a week.
The first incident was reported on Sunday 16th October in the morning and the second incident was reported on the morning of Wednesday 19th.
The 15 year old male has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and remains in police custody at this time.
Enquiries are ongoing.
