Independent estate agent, North Residential has announced its expansion into Ilkley with the appointment of Lucy Crane who will head up the new branch.
Lucy joins Harrogate headquartered North Residential as a director having worked for Strutt & Parker in Harrogate for almost 10 years. Having lived in Ilkley since a child, clients will benefit from her in-depth local knowledge of the area, combined with her wealth of national experience selling premium homes.
Lucy Crane, Director, North Residential, said:
“I am hugely excited to be heading up the new Ilkley branch of North Residential. As a local girl, it is a dream to now be working in the area and I am looking forward to introducing my clients to the unique way that we do things at North Residential, with our modern approach to selling properties and hands-on support for both buyers and sellers during what is often one of their biggest life decisions.”
The expansion into Ilkley comes after the businesses’ successful opening of the North Leeds branch earlier in the year, with newly appointed equity directors, Emma Kingham and Harriet Cheshire at the helm.
With a combined experience of over 20 years’ selling homes across both Harrogate and Leeds, Emma and Harriet were both previously part of the Knight Frank Harrogate team which rebranded to create North Residential in 2022.
Harlan Pollitt, Director, North Residential, said:
“I am delighted with how the business has grown in 2024. We have continued to cement our place as one of the leading estate agents in Harrogate whilst Emma and Harriet have successfully driven the establishment of the North Residential brand in some of Leeds’ most desirable postcodes and built up an impressive client database.
“Lucy’s appointment is the exciting next step in our expansion - she joins us with an impressive track record that speaks for itself and having lived in Ilkley for a long time, she is the perfect person to spearhead our newest opening. She will bring a completely new approach to the area with her dynamic and tenacious personality.”
