The winners of Ilkley Wharfedale Rotary Club's Duck Race on Monday 1 May have been revealed.
Taking place on the same day as Ilkley Carnival, over 5000 ducks took part, including red business ducks for the first time. The winning yellow duck belonged to Stacey Hanson of Skipton, pictured above, who has children with special needs and the £200 will help her with the costs of sending daughter Erin and son Oliver to Centre Parcs through the local charity LS29.

Winner of the red duck race and a Jeroboam of Bollinger, donated by Ilkley BID, were RDC Solicitors, pictured below.
Second place were TaxAssist, winning a voucher for a Fizz and Nibbles reception for 25 people at the Ticket Office, donated by Ilkley Business Forum and in third place winning a Magnum of champagne, donated by Majestic Wines of Ilkley, were Court Computers.
A spokesperson for the club thanked to everyone who took a chance and bought a duck ticket: "we think we will raise close to £10,000 on the Yellow Duck Race and £4,500 on the Red Duck Race, the Club will organise its donations as soon as possible."
