DENTAL NURSE – REGENT DENTAL, ILKLEY

Require a full-time Dental Nurse to join our new state of the art private dental practice.

The ideal candidate will provide chairside assistance with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and have a calm manner. Previous experience with implants, orthodontics, or sedation would be advantageous.

The role will also include reception and treatment co-ordinator duties when required.

You must be GDC Reg and have Level 3 NVQ Dental Nursing or equivalent.

We are a local social club on a mission to bring new and fun offerings to our members and local residents. As part of those efforts we are growing our fantastic team of bar staff at the club. Volunteers needed for our Moving On Friendship Groups (social/signposting groups for older people). We have 2 groups on Thursday and Fridays and need volunteers at both between 1-3pm. Volunteering is on a rota to suit your availability.

Volunteers will help attendees feel welcome and relaxed, help with tea and coffee orders and help tidy up at the end of the session. You may also help at our excursions.

ILKLEY COMMUNITY TRANSPORT

Would you like to help your local community and join the friendly team at Ilkley Community Transport? We are a registered charity based in Ilkley and are always looking for CAR DRIVERS to provide lifts primarily to medical appointments for residents in the Ilkley and Addingham area who find public transport difficult to access due to age, illness or disability. Volunteers use their own cars and claim expenses for fuel at a pre-agreed rate. Drivers must be over 21, and have held a full licence for at least 2 years.
