Bradford Council has opened consultation on amendments to the Ilkley Parking Review Phase 2.
A draft Legal Order was recently advertised which proposed to amend waiting restrictions in and around Ilkley town centre. Following consideration of objections, Bradford Council has proposed to amend some of the previously advertised restrictions, detailed below:
1. No Waiting At Any Time on a length of Craiglands Park (sheet 1)
2. No Waiting Limited Waiting Mon - Fri 8am – 6pm Max 3 Hours No Return within 3 Hours on a length of Ben Rhydding Road on the northern kerb line (sheet 1)
3. Permit Holders Only Mon – Sun 8am – 6pm on a length of Back Weston Road (sheet 2)
4. Permit Holders Only All days All hours on a length of Craiglands Park (sheet 1)
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to City Solicitor, Legal and Democratic Services, City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HYor by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on 4th January 2021 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/AK/407422.
